Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Achieving sales targets assigned.
- Solid understanding of policies and products and offering detailed product information to the clients.
- Building brand awareness in the assigned geographical area.
- Answering customer queries related to the product and/or services.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with current and prospective clients by constant follow- ups.
- Mediating disputes with customers.
- Creating sales reports and presenting them to the Management.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and expected to have high degree of credibility.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- For experienced candidates: Experience in BFSI domain is a must. Insurance exposure (Agency/Retail/BANCA/Retail) is an added advantage.
