Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Managers are responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel. They must research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects, and qualify leads before handing them off to the closers of the sales team
- Recruit Agents and Advisors
- Have to Sell life insurance through your team
- Train And Motivate Agents and Advisors to Reach Goals
- Generate Business Through Agents and Advisors
- Develop New Sales Market Strategy
- Maintain Healthy Relationship with Agents and Customer
- Develops and maintains high morale among agency distributors
- Managing risks and building quarterly plans for achievements
Candidates Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
