Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
- Recruit insurance sales advisors from your own network.
- Training the sales advisors on products and sales to meet business targets.
- Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
- Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan.
- Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
Candidates Requirement :
- Experience : Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales & marketing field-work
- Graduation required
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
