1. Building up a team of Advisers, through your personal contacts, database hunting, reference gathering.
2. Daily monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisers.
3. Doing Performance Review of your Advisers
4. Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities. Chances for getting 3 promotions with in a year
