Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Field Sales or Marketing with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills with a passion for team development and motivation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Local market knowledge and strong networking skills are a plus.
