Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-12 yrs)
Job Summary:
The Agency Development Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance agents to meet the company's sales objectives. They will also be responsible for achieving the company's sales targets and promoting the company's products to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train a team of insurance agents to sell Life insurance products.
- Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
- Promote and sell Life insurance products to customers.
- Provide ongoing training and support to agents to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor agents' sales performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and agent performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
