- Required: 10+2+3 or graduates, localites, open to frontline sales
Job description for agency channel in life insurance:-
- Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis and generate the business.
- Monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisors.
- Doing Performance Review of your Advisors
- Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities. Chances for getting 3 promotions with in a year.
