Seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team of sales professionals in the insurance domain
Roles :
- Ensuring the training of agents as per business requirements
- Ensuring business hygiene standards, in the face of business pressure
- Ensuring the planned spread of business across diverse product lines of the company
- Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long-term connection between the agents and the company.
- Monitoring key competition developments and ensuring the flow of information to the organization
Candidate profile :
- Experience 1 to 4 years in sales & marketing
- Candidate must be having field sales experience.
- Good communication skill
- Candidate should be Local where applying.
