Manager - Sales - Insurance (12-19 yrs)
- Hiring candidates with experience in General Insurance with over twelve years of experience in Bangalore and Cochin Location.
- Responsible for the entire operation of the company in the state of Kerala or Karnataka.
- Develop corporate client base for the insurance risk advisory services.
- Access the decision maker of the corporate and make presentation of the company and the GI services.
- Develop insurance and commercial expertise which will make the selling process effective.
- Widen risk advisory servicing skills also to complement the sales and client acquisition efforts of the company.
- Develop innovative branding skills to showcase brand
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers in Kerala or Karnataka State.
- Identify potential centres within the state and recruit fresh hands to expand business around those centres.
- Guide the existing and new workforce in managing operation efficiently and achieve desired level of business growth and profit.
Requirements :
- The candidates must have graduated from reputed institutions with good academic background and communication, analytical and logical skills.
- Candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in the Insurance Industry.
- Engineering / MBA graduates with exposure to commercial aspects of business / manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in Sales and Marketing with the above qualifications and looking for an opportunity to develop and operate profit centres.
