Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-8 yrs)
- Role incumbent is responsible for recruitment of Agents through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets.
- Role incumbent is responsible for execution of the organizational strategy to ensure desired business results.
- Role incumbent is also accountable for Training and Development of Each Agent thus recruited.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors
- Recruitment quality advisors through field, natural market and other activities
- Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputs
- Monitoring and tracking of business performance of advisors
- Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings
- Guiding advisors on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets
- Helping in need analysis of prospective customer to high level of customer satisfaction leading to customer delight
- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment
- Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets
