Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
Overview :
We are seeking a business development manager to recruit, train, and guide a team of business associates and advisors. This role involves setting targets, organizing regular meetings, and collaborating with field consultants to drive insurance sales and foster team growth.
Positions and Accountabilities :
- To grow the team, enlist business associates and advisors.
- Plan the required training sessions to improve abilities.
- Organize meetings with advisors on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to get updates and assistance.
- Set monthly goals and income targets for the team.
- Work together with field consultants to obtain insurance coverage.
- Create plans to efficiently target the appropriate agents.
- In order to assist agents in developing professionally, train and coach them.
Candidate Profile :
- a bachelor's degree, regardless of field.
- a minimum of one year of sales experience, ideally in finance or banking.
- strong familiarity with banking systems and products.
- outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to operate independently and effectively with others in a team setting.
- Give preference to applicants who live nearby.
