Job Overview:
As a Sales Manager, your main job is to help grow the business by creating and following a strong sales plan.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit business associates and advisors.
- Arrange required training.
- Hold daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with advisors.
- Set income and goals for the month.
- Work with advisors in the field to get insurance policies.
- Plan strategies to target the right agents.
- Train and develop agents.
Candidate Requirements:
Age: 22 to 37 years
Graduate in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Attractive personality and strong communication skills
- Willing to take on challenges
- Must have lived in the current location for at least 3 years
- Excellent people skills
- Friendly and good at building relationships
