Job roles And Responsibilities :

- Choosing and preparing Financial Advisors, Consultants, and other team members for work putting together and giving customers information about the products the selection of agency leaders and their use to drive business

- Monitoring and directing the daily activities of 10 Agency Leaders or Life Advisors

- Creating a plan to guarantee monthly business delivery

- Tracking new agent performance and producing effective agents.

- Contacting potential customers over the phone in a cold call Developing winning sales strategies

- Customer requests and complaints are forwarded to the appropriate departments

- Encourage Agency Leader's successful launch

-Ensures product and sales technique training to give each team member more power

- Using operational efficiency & control, ensure consistent business performance.

- Compliance with all IRDA regulations and ongoing monitoring of changes to the regulatory framework and guidelines for life insurance, particularly for the agency channel

Candidate profile :

Age range preferred: 21 to 32, with an exception for people up to 45 years old.

- 1-2 minimum years' experience in the field of Sales & Marketing

- Vast verbal communication abilities: Strong entrepreneurial skills, relationship management skills, and networking abilities with a customer service mindset, sales aptitude, and interpersonal skills are also required.

- In terms of achieving personal and team goals, a highly motivated and ambitious individual
