Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
To hit your sales goals, you must find new sales prospects and close deals as a professional sales representative. By managing and negotiating with clients, screening prospects, creating leads, and controlling the sales of goods and services, you will be playing a crucial part in raising revenues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Any field
- Working knowledge of a Direct Sales Representative position or a comparable position in the Sales division.
- A track record of successful sales will be helpful.
- Good interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Exceptional math abilities.
- Establishing a good rapport with the customers.
Responsibilities :
- Introducing the customers to the products and services.
- Using cold calling to find potential consumers.
- Collaborating with the other team members.
- Meeting the monthly sales estimates and goals.
- Considering client feedback and making improvements.
- Writing sales contracts in accordance with the needs of the business.
- Ensuring that the clients are fully aware of the sales proposition.
- Monitoring and evaluation of sales performance indicators.

- Before making a deal, resolving any client difficulties or complaints.
