Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
In addition to formulating strategies, maintaining client connections, and guaranteeing business growth, the sales manager is in charge of managing the agency's sales and marketing initiatives. In order to achieve business goals and improve performance, this position entails hiring, developing, and overseeing a group of advisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- One of the main duties is to find and enlist new partners and advisors for the organization.
- Hold meetings with agency partners on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to talk about the company's sales goals, competitiveness, and success.
- Establish and track sales goals, inspiring and directing the sales force to meet them.
- Work together with management to create sales tactics that are successful and in line with corporate goals.
- Make sure the agency team regularly hits its sales goals.
- To support the growth and success of new agents, recruit, assess, and train them.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Strong understanding of the local market.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
