Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
We are hiring a Sales Manager for India's leading insurance industry.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee a group of agents to meet sales goals and expand the agency's clientele.
- Create and put into action efficient plans to boost sales via connected Fields.
- To increase product options, and cultivate trusting connections with customers, especially health insurance providers.
- Determine fresh chances for expansion inside current accounts and create strategies to take advantage of them.
- Keep an eye on performance indicators, monitor targets' progress, and modify plans of action as necessary.
Candidate Profile :
- Education: Any Graduate with Good Communication
- Experience: Must 2 YRs of Any Open market Sale / Banking / Finance / Insurance / Pharma/ telecom / Broadband
- Age: 22 to 38 YRS (Fresher's can't apply)
