Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills of our sales team.
- Identify areas for skill improvement and create customized learning solutions.

Ideal Candidate:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in field sales and marketing within the BFSI sector.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- A passion for motivating and developing team members.
