Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales representatives, implement effective sales strategies, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and optimizing sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.

- Monitor daily and weekly sales activities and provide guidance to team members.

Qualifications:
- Age Range: 22 to 32 years old.
- Education: Graduation in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience:
1 to 4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the local market and customer base.
