Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new agencies.
- Provide training and support to enhance agency performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is compulsory.
- 2+ years of experience in field sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Must be local.
