Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
The sales manager is responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts within the agency, developing strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring business growth. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of advisors to meet company objectives and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new advisors and partners for the agency.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with agency partners to discuss the company's progress, competitiveness, and sales targets.
- Set and monitor sales targets, motivating and guiding the sales team to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with management to develop effective sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Ensure that the agency team meets its sales targets consistently.
- Recruit, evaluate, and provide training to new agents, fostering their development and success.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Strong understanding of the local market.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
