Job Responsibilities :
- Hiring representatives
- Agent development and training on a commission basis.
- Keep an eye on each agent's activity plan to make sure it is being completed to the appropriate standards.
- Update sales and conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with the agents.
- System of Management.
- Encourage and inspire agents to enroll in the organization's career advancement program.
- Encourage agents to manage their customers and cross-sell them on other goods by using the Agent Portal and CRM.
- Earn Unlimited Incentives and Bonuses.
- After you make your own team then your work will be easier all work will do by your team you just guide and lead them.
