Designation : Sales Manager
Salary: 2.00LPA to 4.00LPA + Incentive + Bonus (Depends on branch manager and experience)
Responsibilities :
1. Execution of sales strategy - Increase Market reach and penetrations through market segmentation. Seek new customer and increase sales.
2. Responsible for recruitment and management of agents - Identity, recruited and manage Advisor from the respective region.
3. Train and motivation advisors to provide a better understanding of market/ market.
4. Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business.
5. Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards.
