Key responsibilities:
- Achieve sales objectives by efficiently pairing clients with appropriate insurance solutions.
- Provide great pre- and post-sale assistance while developing long-term client connections.
- Create personalized insurance policies based on each client's individual needs and budget.
- Connect with people and families to better understand their specific situations and financial goals.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduation is compulsory.
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in BFSI and life insurance is required.
- Age range: 22-38 years.
- Candidates must have been residents for at least three to five years.
