Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and support a team of field sales representatives to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives.
- Set sales targets and develop strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with important clients and customers.
- Keep abreast on market trends, competitor activity, and industry trends.
- For management review, prepare periodical reports on sales performance, projections, and market trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 1+ years of sales experience
Age: Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years
