Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
Roles and obligations:
- Reach branch goals through regular initiative launches and promote
- Finding and attracting suitable insurance consultants or advisors
- Adviser coaching and preparation for increased productivity
- Coming up with and putting into action sales plans to meet and beat quarterly and monthly sales targets.
- Locating representatives and providing ongoing training in the marketing of insurance policies.
- Engaging in networking efforts to draw and keep customers.
- Supporting advertising and marketing campaigns.
Ideal candidate's profile:
Graduate or MBA degree required; age range of 21 to 38 years; two-wheeler required; two to four years of field sales experience; staying in the same city for more than five years; good stability.
