Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
Job Description
A. Client acquisition and conversion for BFSI products specially insurance
B. Conduct meetings with clients on the field and convert through in person meeting or on call
C. Prepare daily and monthly sales report
D. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure great customer experience
- Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits).
- Leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT.
- Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
- Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS), Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
- Insurance solution provider for our customers.
- Educate the Customer about the company/ channel.
- Customer Servicing.
