PoSP Recruitment & Business Targets :
- The incumbent would be responsible to Identify, Asses and Recruit IRDA approved PoSP agent from the market on an ongoing basis.
- Achievement of business targets from preferred lines of business.
Team Management and Development :
- Ensure that PoSP undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputs.
- Ensure regular updates are available and accessible by PoSP's.
- Increase engagement of PoSP to ensure retention and activation.
- Should possess good interpersonal skills to develop rapport with the PoSP's.
