Sales Manager - Institutional & Corporate Sales
- We are looking for Sales Manager - Institutional & Corporate Sales for a very large FMCG organization with multiple divisions into categories including health care, personal care etc
- Candidates must have min 8 to 10 years of experience in Institutional/ Corporate and willing to travel pan India
Responsibilities :
- Build; manage profitable and sustainable business in corporate sales.
- Drive a team towards achieving business objectives.
- Oversee sales from each client and monitor and report on performance.
- Comprehending, interpreting and analysing sales figures.
- Should have good presentation skills.
- Preparing and maintaining all required reports related to sales, marketing feedback, and sales campaign and team territory management activities.
- Reporting to management on client needs, service delivery issues and any competitive threats.
- Regularly update on the market developments, opportunities and competition.
- Achieving targeted Sales Growth at a rate and margin consistent with the company's marketing plan.
- Maintaining a high personal level of product knowledge.
- Managing high-quality customer relationships.
- Making daily personal sales calls on up to 5 clients every day.
- Conducting initial product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
