Manager - Sales - Innovative Texture Paints (3-5 yrs)
Key responsibilities:
1. Achieving the given Monthly/Quarterly/Annual sales targets.
2. Maintain existing customer and to develop prospective customer database.
3. Good contact/knowledge of the leading Architects/Builders/Developers and Interior contacting firms of the respective locations will be an advantage.
4. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by mail, telephone and personal visits.
5. To support and coordinate with dealer Network.
6. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
7. Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
8. Gathering market and customer information;
9. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office
10. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
11. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
12. Documentation and to provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the RH.
Skill Sets:
1. Should be a graduate in any stream, MBA/PGDM would be an added advantage.
2. Three key skills set mandatory - Prospecting for new business/customer, product knowledge and presentation skills and ability to close the sales.
3. Should have experience of 3-5 years in sales, wherein at least 1-2 years experience in interior products with exposure in appointing dealers/channel sales.
4. Should have Strong verbal & written communication skills
5. Computer Literacy-MS word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.
6. Should be a team Player & open to travel.
7. Should be Self Motivated and result oriented person.
