DESIGNATION: Sales Manager
YEARS OF EXP: 6 years to 12 years
LOCATION: Thane, Maharashtra
DEPARTMENT: Sales
REPORTS: DGM
JOB TYPE Full- Time
JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise during the sales process.
This role involves understanding customer requirements, creating technical presentations, and closing sales contracts by finalizing techno commercial terms
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Convince clients of product merits and effectively debate with clients and consultants to gain product approval.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during sales presentations and meetings.
3. Possess knowledge of various commercial payment terms.
4. Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to prospective customers.
5. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
2. Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in sales.
3. Excellent communication and convincing skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Willingness to travel.
