Manager - Sales - Industrial Product (7-8 yrs)
Our client one of the leading Group of Companies originally started its activities with the establishment in 1986 with the dealership of Ingersoll-Rand for western Madhya Pradesh. Over the years other distributorships were added and the territory was increased to cover the whole of Madhya Pradesh with offices at Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Satna, Gwalior, and Singrauli. Moreover, the group always worked as per the guidelines of its principals and has maintained an excellent financial discipline serving 1000+ customers.
Being involved in this business for the past 27 years, the Group still maintains a track record of excellent customer service and a healthy market share of satisfied customers. We ensure that the premium products are backed by professional services provided by our well-trained engineers and service team. Our service team comprises 60+ engineers who are given adequate training of TCL level by the respective principal companies at their well-equipped training centers by highly trained instructors. In order to provide better support and services, our engineers are being deployed in all branches across Madhya Pradesh his looking for a Sales Head taking care of the sales of its region consisting of Indore, Bhopal, and Gwalior
1. Sales Manager -Indore
Experience-Should have working experience in the compressor, Drilling machines, rock breaker, light towers of the same industry with a minimum of 7-8 Yrs as Sales Head or Senior Manager- Sales
Competencies-Should be excellent in Communication and Excellent computer skills
Job Role- Responsible for Sales Target, Team Management, Ready to Move in Market (Entire MP Region), Flexible, Should be able to handle Sales Pressure
Products- Compressor, Drilling machines, rock breaker, light towers
Age Criteria- Upto 45 Yrs
Salary- Negotiable
Education- Any Graduate or PG
Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its a strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales Engineers
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Experience - Should have working experience of minimum 7-8 Yrs as Manager or Senior Manager Sales
Competencies - Should be excellent in Communication and Excellent computer skills
- Experience in Products like - Compressors, Drilling machines, rock breakers, light towers, and also Industrial Product sales can also be considered.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
