Manager - Sales - Industrial Product (3-7 yrs)
- Properly & timely entering all enquiries, orders & indents in quotation tools.
- Communicate back to customers for the correction of discrepancies to obtain PO amendment.
- Co-ordination with commercial and design team for process of order and getting technical documents for onward submission to customer.
- Timely collection of advance from customer before process of manufacturing if required.
- Getting timely approval from customers for release of job for manufacturing.
- Follow up and co-ordination with engineering, manufacturing, PPC and QA team for readiness of jobs.
- Submission of MIS on time.
- Attending regular meetings and action as per management instructions.
- Issue of inspection calls and co-ordination with customer for timely inspections and clearance.
- In time collection of balance payment as per agreed terms.
- Generation of new enquiry & new business.
- Regular visits to regular OEM, end users, EPC contractors and consultants to increase business share.
- Co-ordination with service team in case any service complaint or support required by customer.
Required Education/Qualifications/Experience/Skills :
- Technical Bachelor & #39;s degree in Engineering.
- Sales knowledge & MBA is an added qualification.
- 3-7 years of experience of working in manufacturing industry.
Skills :
- Technical knowledge about electrical motors, Industrial Fans & spares.
- Sales & Commercial knowledge in HT motor market & Industrial Fan market..
- Good Communication skills for effective communication with internal and external customers.
- Managerial, Interpersonal skills & analytical and pro learning skills
- Integrity & Positive Mindset
- Problem resolving attitude and precising the sale for subsequent week(s)
