Manager - Sales - Industrial Product (3-6 yrs)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Responsible for day-to-day Sales & Business Development related activities in assigned territory.

2. Plans and executes Customer Visit plans and conducts meetings to promote & sell products in the territory.

3. Provides regular reports, updates, and data to the Business Head and all stakeholders as and when required.

4. Generates inquiries from the region for a range of products and takes it to a logical conclusion.

5. Maintains cordial relations with OEMs in the territory and supports them techno-commercially.

6. Prepares & Submit Techno-Commercial Proposals.

7. Gets registered as a Vendor with key customers in the region.

8. Prepares and submits weekly reports as per instructions of Management.

9. Works within the limits of the policies and procedures of to develop regional business.

10. Any other duties or projects as requested by the Line Manager commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility for this role, for which the candidate has the necessary experience and/or training imparted.

11. Responsible for providing additional focus on key accounts as the situation dictates and as directed by the Business Head.

12. Ensures regular follow-up with customers for PO, dispatch, payment, and all other routine Sales activities.

13. Keeps a check on competitor activities in the region.

14. Develops cordial relationships & maintains good rapport with all customers in the region.

7. Must be B.E. with 3-6 years experience in HVAC and related fields and selling of Industrial Products in the region.

8. Fluency in Written & Oral communication of Local Language is a must.
