Manager - Sales - Industrial Product (2-6 yrs)
Job Summary: Sales Manager will support the sales team in achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.
- This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- The Sales Manager will receive training and mentorship to develop their skills and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Support senior sales managers in daily activities and client management.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide product information.
- Schedule and attend client meetings with senior sales staff.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
4. Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and KPIs for senior management.
- Use CRM software to track customer information and sales progress.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing.
6. Training and Development:
- Participate in sales training programs and workshops.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- 10 + 2/ Graduation preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales.
