Manager - Sales - Industrial Product (1-6 yrs)
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying business opportunities and engaging customers through a consultative approach, ensuring repeat business by maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Supporting marketing efforts, including digital marketing and participation in exhibitions, while monitoring competitor activity.
- Develop strategies to engage key accounts and expand customer base in the region.
- Manage dealer relationships, including onboarding, training, and driving revenue targets.
- Acquire new customers and foster long-term relationships.
- Conduct customer engagement activities such as seminars, training sessions, and product demonstrations to promote the company's image.
- Develop and implement business and market strategies for the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely solutions to customer needs.
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and ensure timely receivables collection.
- Project management knowledge and experience is preferred.
Qualifications and key skills required:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 1-6 years of experience in selling industrial equipment, preferably Cranes or Hoists.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and quickly adapt.
- Computer literacy and IT skills.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Fluency in English and Telugu is mandatory.
