As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our market presence in Nagpur and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in sales, preferably in the electrical and power industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for high-rise transformers.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure sales objectives are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to capitalize on business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and address customer needs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electrical or power industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Candidates from Electrical Equipment's selling background would be preferred
