Preferred background/experience
- Must have:
- About 8 - 10 years of industrial selling experience in professionally managed organizations.
- Candidate must know Plastics market very well. This can be from plastic equipment selling or can be from automation selling to end users.
- Hands on experience in lead generation, market intelligence, market research and negotiation skills.
- Proven concept selling skills.
- Hands on experience of preparing high end presentations, reports etc.
- Management reporting and good familiarity with Sales KPIs.
Preferred:
Exposure to IoT/M2M - cloud-based framework, applications and solutions.
Exposure to market segments analysis and suggesting strategic approach for go-to market.
Key Responsibilities :
Key responsibilities will include:
- Sales
- Lead generation, business analysis including market trend.
- Preparing and executing a marketing plan and budget.
- Go to Market strategy.

- IT Services Company, plastic equipment manufacturers (OEMs), plant Solution/ Industrial Automation System Integrator OR IOT product companies (startups or established), etc.
