Manager - Sales - Industrial Electric Equipment (4-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinator between customers & factory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and target new business opportunities across market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with customers, product development team & operations team to align with business strategies with various product offerings.
- Prepare and present MIS related to sales that includes business, forecasts, sales potential vis a vis market potential.
- Going ahead should be capable of creating, mentor & manage sales team by leading at the front & providing guidance and support.
- To keep a closed watch on competitions & understand market dynamics to finetune strategies as needed.
- Attend & participate in industry events, trade shows to have positive networking and promote our products & services.
