Manager - Sales - HVAC (5-7 yrs)
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the field of HVAC, facility management, HVAC drive experts company, MEP consultants etc.
- Responsible for marketing sales and aftermarket sales in India, and for the smooth running of communication with the customer.
- Understanding business expansion plans and visualizing opportunities well in advance and actin upon the same.
- Offered various solution sales & marketing to existing product range & customer segment.
- Conceptualizing & implementing competitive strategies for generating sales, developing as well as expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets.
- Establishing the organizations brand image in the field of Motor Drives and inverter etc or any new product design by the company.
- Forming strategic partnerships with the channel partner & increasing the market share of the company.
- Preparing and submitting techno-commercial bids and administering private & govt institutions.
- Developing new clients and negotiating with them for securing profitable business.
- Assessing market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Mapping customer requirements, providing customized products and delivering technical presentations; liaising with internal teams for closing the deal.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with high net worth and corporate clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Giving information to the top management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses.
- Defining and implementing a structured way of managing opportunities involving client meeting/solution pitch / Request For Proposal (RFP) response / Request For Information (RFI) response/presentation and so on.
- Working with sales team to identify pipeline and plan activities on a weekly basis; part of the team for opportunity assessment, qualification, development of response strategy, proposal development, review and feedback process, competitive positioning, pricing / commercial decisions and so on.
- Reviewed and lead the sales cycle in all aspects of sales - orders, quotations, field visits, follow-up letters, outstanding bills, sales force management, accounting, cash management etc.
- Ensured that every customer followed our technical recommendations, and each application, customer project is validated by our technical, commercial cross-functional department.
