W are hiring for Sales Manager with Netherlands MNC at Gujarat/ Maharashtra
Experience: 4- 9 Years
Budget: 60 K
Products: Should be from refrigeration background having experience of 1+ years in the field of water chillers, ice machine, Evaporative Condenser/Products Sales & project executions.
Essential Skills and experience:
1. Sales and Business Development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
- Market penetration through exhibitions, seminars, and cold calling.
- Analyze the competition and recommend measures in line with company policy.
- Maintain cordial relationship with existing customers & regional government offices.
2. Technical Expertise:
- Should possess sound knowledge of refrigeration products including Ice Machines, Water Chillers, and Evaporative Condensers.
- Should be able to provide technical assistance to clients during the pre-sales and post-sales discussion.
3. Customer Service and Support:
- Will act as a primary point of contact for customers. Should collaborate with the technical support team to address any service-related concerns.
4. Project Management:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/project(Ammonia/Feron based)
