Job Description :
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling services, through direct sales and B2B channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at the forefront of HR technology innovation.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the MSME segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' HR challenges and objectives, and effectively articulate how Emgage solutions can address their needs.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral to support sales initiatives.
- Drive the entire sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling services, preferably within the HR technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the MSME market dynamics and the challenges faced by small to medium-sized businesses in managing their HR functions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
