Manager - Sales - HR Tech Platform (5-7 yrs)

The software is providing -Candidate Relationship- solution to over 4000+ clients across India and helping them to reduce candidate screening time by 45% and improves offer conversion by 10%. It has deep conversational AI and virtual hiring capabilities. The platform automates pre-hiring marketing, candidate nurturing, scheduling, and support. It is integration-ready with many HCMs and ATS including Oracle, SAP, Workday and Greenday.
- Presently, they seek to hire a Sales Manager in order to do the business development across India. Candidates can be based anywhere and manage PAN India role.
KRA of the role is to :
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close. Help educate customers on the value of the software and its solutions
- Own and manage sales managers to identify customer needs to ensure customer success with special emphasis on winning new customers.
- Position the right offering, accordingly, highlighting the relevant product capabilities to demonstrate values.
- Collaborate with other members of the team (product, customer success managers, leadership, etc.) to build strategic adoption plans for customers
- Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product.
- Understand and analyze customer's needs, current challenges.
- Ideal candidate should have worked in a HR-tech company and have sold to the HR function
- Overall experience if 5 to 7 years in Sales within the Indian market
- Should have dealt with both large and small deals
