Manager - Sales - HR Tech/Payroll Services - Middle East Market (10-20 yrs)
Location: Dubai, UAE (with regional travel as required)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our business in the Middle East market. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in sales, specifically within HR Tech and Payroll Services, and will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and achieving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities within the Middle East region.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company targets.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and effective deal closure.
- Work closely with Inside Sales and Pre-Sales teams based in India to support and qualify leads.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Continuously track sales performance and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, sharing insights with the team.
- Maintain and manage a detailed record of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Key Requirements:
Gender: Male candidates only.
Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years of local experience in the Middle East market (preferably based in Dubai).
- Proven track record in sales, especially in HR Tech or Payroll Services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales hunting with a proactive approach to generating new business.
- Graduate degree (preference for post-graduate qualifications).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to self-drive for regional travel.
