We are looking for an experienced - Sales Manager- to drive business growth in the Middle East. The role involves hunting for new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the Middle East.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Work with Inside Sales and Pre-Sales teams in India for support.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet sales targets.
- Requirements:-
- Male candidates only.
- 10-15 years of sales experience, with 5+ years of local experience in the Middle East (preferably in Dubai).
- Proven track record in HR Tech/Payroll Services sales.
- Strong communication and sales hunting skills.
- Graduate (preference for post-graduate).
- Self-driving (must have a car).
