Job description :
1. Developing dealer/distributor market. Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies
2. Take approvals with consultants and those related to a project enquiry
3. Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
4. Expand, develop marketing platforms and implement marketing plans to improve market penetration
5. Conduct seminars/contractor/wireman meets
6. Monitor industry best practices
7. Striking project sales till receipt of C form and payments
8. Grooming the juniors
Education and Experience :
- Technical marketing skills
- Should be have a rapport in the retail, Project & OEM segment
- Proven experience in wires /Cables
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Experience with relevant software applications
