Manager - Sales - Hotel (6-7 yrs)
Position Purpose:
Develop sales from Corporate, Hotels, Travel and other related verticals
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities :
- Make cold calls on a daily basis
- Sign up customers as per the target given
- Ensure that the signed customers start trading
- Meet existing customers as per the call cycle planning and build a strong rapport with all customers in base
- Service existing customers and grow business from them
- Update the daily calls on the sales system on a daily basis
- Update progress on Large accounts on a weekly basis
- Closely monitor revenue from the signed accounts on a weekly basis & also to ensure that outstanding is within the defined limit.
- Understand customer needs and in accordance set up a process to fulfil the needs inaccordance with line managers
- Ensure the targets are met
- Comply with Occupation Health and Safety policy
- Other duties as directed, dependent on business needs
