SUMMARY:

- 4-8 years of experience

- The BD - Managed Services is responsible for acquiring and managing the Managed Services accounts globally.

- He/She should be able to communicate product value proposition to enterprise clients and partners located globally.

Job Requirement:

- Strong Sales knowledge and experience in selling Managed Services to Enterprise clientele

- Strong experience independently executing Sales strategies within stipulated cost and schedules.

- Good analytical, judgmental and negotiation skills to close deals

- Consistently achieving High targets.

- Experience in the area of Atlassian or ALM or DevOps domain will be highly valued.

- Exposure to International markets like North America will be highly valued.

- Strong written communication skills in English with Strong verbal communication skills and experience in delivering presentations to IT Heads and CXO's.

- Proactive & self motivated individual with effective time management & multitasking skills.

- Discipline in execution and follow up of Sales process to achieve desired results is a strong requirement.

- Working experience on CRM, Salesforce, JIRA

- Abilities and aptitude in Marketing, Pre-sales, and Technical would be highly appreciated

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Participate and execute Annual Sales strategy & planning for Codefactori.

- Bring strong focus and culture of building own sales funnel and consistently meeting Monthly, Quarterly and Annual target assigned segment.

- On time target achievement - there will be value based monthly/quarterly targets that the position holder needs to achieve

- Lead efforts on creating new sales funnel and managing existing accounts.

- Work closely with the Pre-sales to respond to RFP's and Proposals.

- Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation from Digital campaigns, Exhibitions, Meetups, User Groups etc.
