Manager - Sales - Hospitality (5-8 yrs)
Knowledge of hospitality industry, current market trends and economic factors
- Overall Responsible for the Sales Function of the Restaurant Group.
- Responsible for planning and development the marketing plan and promotional strategies for increase the sales and revenue.
- Ensure extend a professional support service to the General Manager to achieve the maximum revenue.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries and complaints.
- Strong research and follow up skills.
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective clients, including assisting in making telephone calls and scheduling in-person visits and presentations ensuring reflection of the Finch brand.
- Conduct Market research and develop new marketing strategies and new products and services to achieve the maximum revenue according to the recommendations from the market research.
- Promote Food & Beverage Department special projects to stimulate Food & beverage sales
- Recommend the advertising plan which will be most productive for the Restaurant after analyse the market effectiveness of past advertising campaigns and consulting with other Department Heads and the Advertising Agency.
- Maintains all sales systems, such as sales records and reports, conference calendar, traces of history and potentials, logs of groups not previously accommodated, and mailing lists.
- Maintain up-to-date files on all corporate clients and significant prospects, including copies of correspondence provided to or received from such prospects directly within the PGA- s CRM System.
- Assist Managing Director in preparation of the marketing, advertising, sales plans, programs and annual budget manages within approved plans and budgets.
