Job Description :

Position Overview : As a Sales Manager at Dinecraft Restaurant you will play a major role in driving revenue growth and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.

- Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key stakeholders.

- Identify and nurture potential partnerships and collaborations to expand the customer base.

- Oversee and coordinate marketing and promotional activities to boost sales and brand visibility.

- Develop and implement loyalty programs and incentives to retain existing customers and attract new ones.

- Regularly monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to the management team.

- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

- Work closely with restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.

- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell menu items and packages.

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create special offerings for various occasions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Leadership and team management abilities.

- Knowledge of local market trends and competitor analysis.
