- Focus on extensive - business development- that creates brand awareness & led to an increase number of acquisition accounts from the portfolio.
- Effectively contributing to total room & catering revenue goals, thereby successfully identified contract and close sales opportunities arising from corporate & from relevant sources.
- Supporting strategies and conduct activities to drive, guest satisfaction and financial results to achieve individual goals and thus contribute to team goals.
- Identifies product improvement or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Implement effective filing and lead tracking systems within the sales department in order to minimize response times and maximize conversion.
- Maintain accurate and up to date information on competition's performance, sales & marketing strategy.
- Assist in designing and developing the sales & marketing plan for the unit.
- Monitor competition pricing activities, Hotel BOB & track events to ensure proper and timely inputs to revenue management team.
- Executes & Supports the operational aspects of business booked.
- Periodically monitor hotel room occupancy & monthly revenue forecast to identify opportunity for relevant segment / source market.
